Corporate Governance Code

The Company, by decision of the Board of Directors dated 06.07.2021, decided to adopt and implement the Hellenic Corporate Governance Code (HCGC), published in June 2021, by the Hellenic Corporate Governance Council (ESED) which meets the requirements of the current regulatory framework (article 17 Law 4706/2020).
