The portfolio comprises 152 bank branches, 7 office buildings, 29 mixed use properties and three other-use properties leased to NBG Group. The vast majority of the leases are under a long term agreement, expiring in 2038 and six leases expire in 2024.

The portfolio has a total area of approximately 294,100 sqm, located in Greece across 134 municipalities and 51 regions. The majority of the properties in the portfolio are posisitoned very centrally.

63% of rents of the portfolio are generated from properties in Attika Region.
